Despite all efforts to maintain our prices, descriptions, specifications, illustrations and availability error free, inadvertent typographical errors may still occur and BotUniverse.in shall not be held liable for such errors.
BotUniverse.in reserves the right to rectify this information at any time. Therefore all prices at BotUniverse.in are subject to change without prior notice.
Manufacturers may alter product specification; and we accept no responsibility for errors and omissions.
Shipping
All Products on the store usually ship within 24 hours in weekdays. Orders placed on Saturday afternoon and Sunday will be shipped only on Monday. We try to ship the order as fast as possible however somtimes they may get delayed and in that case the customer is notified of a delay. Goods are shipped via reputed courier services/ EMS/ Speed Post. Depending on the shipping option selected tracking facility may or may not be available. We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery beyond our control.
Warranty
All items are delivered with standard warranty of minimum 10 Days (unless otherwise specified in the product page) to protect the customers from any manufacturing defect.If you have any problems with your order, please notify us within this duration from date of shipment of any defective product. You agree to pay for the return shipping on exchanges and returns and we will reimburse this cost upon verification of a defect with the product. We will replace or repair the damaged products at free of cost with shipping prepaid by us. In case ,we do not have the product in stock to provide replacement, we will issue 100% refund. Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, burnout due to high voltage, hooking up the device in wrong polarity or has been soldered or altered in any way.
To the product need to be exchanged, firstly, please send the photos of damaged products to us. We will estimate the damages then decide the best way to exchange or return the product.If the particular item is not in stock to replace ,we will provide the full refund.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
BotUniverse.in does not currently utilize a real time stock check feature. Although we prefer not being out of stock on any items that you may need, it does happen occasionally as our manufacturers do sometimes experience shortages. In the event that an item in your order is out of stock, we will attempt to contact you via e-mail or phone to notify you so you can choose another item if you wish. And if you cannot be reached, we will ship your order as is, minus the out of stock items. Therefore it’s always a good idea to check your email for a notification of changes in the Order Status Details. In case we’re unable to source the out of stock item, refund will be issued for the out of stock item through Bank Transfer.
Payment
We have selected Razorpay and Paypal to manage the processing of payments through our website.
Razorpay and Paypal’s payment solutions are trusted and utilised by thousands of businesses, big and small, in nearly all parts of the world. Their e-commerce solutions are secure and easy-to-use, and have enabled customers to gain access to valuable products and services over the Internet.
With Razorpay and Paypal, you are provided with a variety of options for payment for Bot Universe’s products, such as Visa, MasterCard and all the major credit cards as well as netbanking for many banks in India.
All payment processing happens at the secure gateway of payment processing company and we don’t get access to your card/bank details and they are not stored on our servers.
Changes & Cancellation
If you want to change or cancel the order it can be done by sending us mail till the time order is under Payment Verification or Pending stage, once order moves beyond that stage we’re not in position to make any changes to the order. In some cases cancellations may attract 5% bank charges depending on the payment method.
Returns
Due to the nature of the products we are selling and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without valid reason. BotUniverse.in reserves the right to take the final decision on all return and refund request.
Note:
- For goods that have been damaged in transit:
If there is a Noticeable damage or Shortage, make a note of it on the delivery receipt AND have the delivery person sign the receipt and verify that there is damage.
Save the damaged package or carton for inspection.
Items that arrive damaged or defective will be replaced. - Concealed damage
Damage to materials inside a package with no external damage evident should be notified to us at once. We must notify carriers within 5 days, or they may deny liability. Returns are only accepted within 15 days of delivery. - If the product delivered to you has been sent in error by BotUniverse.com, the product should be returned unused and in saleable condition. No charges would be levied on the customer.

- Always ship your returns via an insured carrier. BotUniverse.in does not accept liability for returns that arrived to us damaged.
User Agreement
The Terms and Conditions contained herein along with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, form an Agreement regulating our relationship with regard to the use of Bot Universe’s online store by you. Please read this Agreement carefully. This Agreement is effective only upon due agreement / acceptance by You, through the “I Accept” button. You are advised to regularly check for any amendments or updates to the terms and conditions from time to time.
Any clause of terms and conditions if deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining clauses of the terms and conditions.
Definitions:

Site means the BotUniverse.in the online shopping platform owned and operated by Infinite Enterprise, which provides a venue to the users of botuniverse.in to buy the products listed / displayed at online store.
“User” means and includes any Customer / Buyer / You (the person or any legal entity) who purchases goods on sale through ‘www.botuniverse.in’ by placing an order on the Site.
“Product/s” contains the goods, services promoted / displayed on the Site and offered for any use / sale.
botuniverse.in reserves the right to accept or reject your offer. Products/services and information displayed on botuniverse.in constitute an “invitation to offer”. Your order for purchase constitutes your “offer” which shall be subject to the terms and conditions as listed below. 5. BotUniverse reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment levied. In the event the payment has been processed by botuniverse.in the same shall be credited to your account and duly notified to you by email.<br>
6. In a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. Bot Universe will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on the user.<br>
7. On receipt of your purchase order Bot Universe shall promptly dispatched (Usually within 7 days). Any request for cancellations of orders once duly placed on the site, shall not be entertained.<br>
8. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address) any extra cost incurred by Bot Universe for redelivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order.<br>
9. Bot Universe shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods by the courier agency, flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond the control of Bot Universe.<br>

Bot Universe does not represent or warrant to maintain the confidentiality of information; although Bot Universe's current practice is to make reasonable efforts to maintain such confidentiality. <br>

12. The User agrees to provide authentic and true information. Bot Universe reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the User at any point of time. If upon confirmation such User details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), Bot Universe has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the User from using the Services of botuniverse.in, and / or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.<br>
13. Bot Universe will not be responsible for any damage suffered by users from use of the services on this site. This without limitation includes loss of revenue/data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, missed deliveries. This disclaimer of liability also applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behaviour, negligence, or under any other cause of action.<br>

BOT UNIVERSE ITS AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONSULTANTS, CONTRACTED COMPANIES MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, FOR THE SERVICE IT IS PROVIDING OR AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE SERVICE, OR AS TO THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY OR CONTENT OF ANY INFORMATION, SERVICE, OR MERCHANDISE PROVIDED THROUGH THIS SERVICE. BOT UNIVERSE DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT TO MAINTAIN THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF INFORMATION; ALTHOUGH BOT UNIVERSE'S CURRENT PRACTICE IS TO MAKE REASONABLE EFFORTS TO MAINTAIN SUCH CONFIDENTIALITY. IT IS ALSO CLEARLY UNDERSTOOD THAT ALL WARRANTIES, IMPLIED OR EXPRESS TAKE PLACE BETWEEN THE MANUFACTURER AND THE USER.<br>
15. This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The Courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any disputes arising out or pertaining hereto.<br>
